Gallacher surprised by Berg exit

Former Blackburn striker Kevin Gallacher says he is surprised that Blackburn have "pressed the button" and fired manager Henning Berg after 10 matches and 57 days in charge at Ewood Park.
The 43-year-old former Rovers defender replaced Steve Kean on 31 October but the club have won only one match since his appointment.
Gallacher suggests his former team-mate may have been dismissed because he failed to make any significant changes to the way the team played, and the board saw his reign as a continuation of Steve Kean's ill-fated tenure.
