Billy Knott scored twice for Woking as Garry Hill's men gained revenge for their
Knott opened the scoring on three minutes, firing in from 18 yards, but the Hatters drew level when Andre Gray found the net in similar fashion.
Luton's Jon Shaw hit the woodwork twice and Woking took advantage, going back in front when Knott turned in a Gavin McCallum cross to make it 2-1.
Sub Jayden Stockley converted another McCallum centre to complete the win.
Paul Buckle's Luton are in FA Cup action on Saturday - they host Championship club Wolves in the third round.

Woking boss Garry Hill told BBC Surrey:
"As a manager and a club you want to get off to a good start, this was the ideal fixture for us really. We made changes for today's game, we went 4-3-3 and were very brave.
"We started very well. We gave the goal away and were disappointed with that, but we recovered well.
"At half-time we regrouped and started bright and I think the game could have gone either way. We got the all-important second goal which gave us of a great opportunity of getting a good result."
