Benitez and players on Monterrey win

Chelsea boss Rafael Benitez says his team's "tempo and intensity" were key in securing the 3-1 win over Mexican side Monterrey that puts the Blues into Sunday's Club World Cup final, where they will face Brazilian outfit Corinthians.

David Luiz, deployed against Monterrey as a midfielder, said it will be a "dream come true" to play a team from his home country in the final.

Defender Gary Cahill said Fernando Torres' deflected goal immediately after half time was the key moment in the match.
