Exeter 2-2 Fleetwood
Exeter City and Fleetwood Town took a point each in League Two in the first meeting between the two sides.
The visitors went ahead when Steve McNulty headed past keeper Artur Krysiak from Dean Howell's free-kick.
Liam Sercombe and Alan Gow set up Jamie Cureton, who lashed a superb first-time strike past Scott Davies to equalise.
Barry Nicholson latched onto Barry Ferguson's through-ball to put Fleetwood ahead again, but John O'Flynn levelled from the penalty spot.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon:
"It was a pulsating game, we've played a different type of game than we have done.
"I told the players at half-time that they were too respectful and they had to play with more freedom and more movement.
"We definitely deserved the draw and the longer the game would've carried on the more we would've been heading towards a victory.
"I'm convinced it was a penalty. If I'm being cynical I think because the keeper had already been booked the referee probably has second thoughts about giving it because he's going to have to send him off."
