Doncaster 2-1 Brentford
Billy Paynter scored a late winner as Doncaster came from a goal down to defeat Brentford.
The visitors bossed the opening stages and took a well-deserved lead when Jonathan Douglas broke through and chipped over the on-rushing Gary Woods.
David Cotterill fired home a stunning 25-yard effort, against the run of play, to equalise for the hosts.
Despite looking poor throughout, the Rovers comeback was complete when Paynter headed in Martin Woods' cross.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Doncaster Rivers boss Dean Saunders told BBC Radio Sheffield:
"It's a great result for us - a great win. We've dug from somewhere and found the determination and the desire to get something out of that game when it's probably the worst we've played first half all season.
"They had a lot of the ball and never created much but they played better than us.
" I've said a few harsh words at half-time and we've come out and the players have reacted. And Dave Cotterill's goal's world class and Billy Paynter's header's world class."
Brentford boss Uwe Rosler told BBC London 94.9:
"I'm speechless. They got the first goal out of nothing. They got the shot. We should have closed them down.
"I think sometimes you have to give credit to the opponents and their first goal was a wonder-goal.
"The second goal was a massive mistake."
