Ryan Young saved a late penalty as AFC Telford secured a draw at Gateshead.
Ryan McGorrigan latched on to Phil Turnbull's lofted through ball to open the scoring on his first Heed start.
McGorrigan had a second strike ruled out for offside, and Steven Leslie took advantage when he volleyed in the equaliser after the hour mark.
Jordan Rose upended Patrick Boyle with five minutes to go but Josh Gillies' spot-kick was turned away by Bucks keeper Young.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Telford manager Andy Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire:
"I am delighted to get a point and delighted to get a result.
"This is the best passing side in the league and we were holding onto their coat tails for most of the game.
"But we got a foot hold into the game and saved a penalty to be worthy of a point."
