Barrow 2-2 Grimsby
Anthony Elding's second-half brace secured a draw for Grimsby at Barrow, who are still without a win in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
Richie Baker's penalty put the hosts ahead on the stroke of half-time after Frankie Artus felled Paul Rutherford.
Joseph Jackson doubled the lead from Danny Rowe's pass before Elding, who has expressed his desire to leave the club, tapped in from close range.
And his penalty made it 2-2 after Tom Aldred brought down Joe Colbeck.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Grimsby Town joint-manager Rob Scott told BBC Radio Humberside:
"I'm pleased obviously to get a point in what was a pretty poor performance really. We've just spoken about it and thought we looked pretty jaded. We were second best in the first-half.
"For some reason we just boomed it long - that was certainly not in the team talk. We want to get it down and play, play through the midfield, play into the front men but they went away from that game plan.
"We're seven games in now and we've lost once - let's get our feet on the ground. It's a tough place to come Barrow, that was proven last year.
"We knew it was going to be a tough night because they've not got a victory yet and they would be giving everything to get that, so it's a tough night for us to come here."
