Stevenage 1-1 Carlisle

Robin Shroot capitalised on an error from Carlisle keeper Adam Collin to earn Stevenage a point in League One.

Stevenage started brightly, Liam Noble and Marcus Haber missed good chances before Carlisle took the lead against the run of play.

Danny Cadamarteri's pass found Matty Robson and he drilled it past keeper Chris Day into the far corner.

But was not enough and when goalkeeper Collin spilled Lucas Akins's shot, Shroot was on hand to tuck it home.

Miller an injury worry for Carlisle

"First impressions are that I don't think it's that bad. He (Miller) was struggling to move.

"So we brought him off and hopefully it'll settle down. I didn't think it was innocuous, I thought it was a really poor challenge.

"It was a really hot day and, to be fair both sets of players, neither flagged and neither gave an inch. They fought out a hard point, an important point.

"Everything you get early on is important. We're just a bit annoyed that we seemed to be in control of the game when we went 1-0 up and it was such a soft goal to concede."
