We weren't willing to spend £25m on Henderson, because we didn't. He cost us £16m.
He ain't worth 25m but has bags more talent than Henderson give it another 2 years and he'll be to good for Liverpool
Oatesy, are you seriously trying to tell the entire world of all football that you think Henderson is worth spending more money on than Joe Allen?LOL! If this was on youtube you would the most famous troll of all time.
#1 - If he left for less than £25M to Liverpool it would be disappointing. You call yourself The Realist and then ask for £25M for Joe Allen?Get Real - Pun Intended!Anyhow i can't see the point to be honest, they have enough midfielders and unless they plan on letting about 3 go it is a total waste of money! Strengthening positions that aren't needed!
'Ian Walsh thinks...' Is this really worth putting up as an article? Nobody's made a bid for Allen, he hasn't handed in a transfer request, he'll probably will still be at Swansea at the start of the season. You're reporting on other people reporting on speculation. Unless anything actually happens, stop putting these type of articles up.

If it is Swansea City's interest to sell (ie if the price is right) then he'll be off. Huw Jenkins holds all the cards. It's different with Scott Sinclair as he's in his final 12 months of his contractLets start the bidding at £15m
If Liverpool were willing to pay £25M for Henderson then this guy is easily worth £50M, he is twice the player of that one they bought last season. Mind you, Swansea do not have to sell him to Liverpool because better clubs have given their admiration throughout his first season in the Premier League. If he left for less than £25M to Liverpool it would be disappointing.
