Everton Ladies goalkeeper Rachel Brown believes the Blues will compete for honours again this season.
Mo Marley's team finished third in the Women's Super League and reached the Continental Cup semi-finals last year.
"I think we can compete for honours, without a doubt," England international Brown told BBC Radio Merseyside.
"As far as I know, the squad is the same. I'm not sure of movements in or out, but we've got to focus on ourselves mentally and physically."
Brown added: "I think if we've got everybody fit, we have the individuals. I do think we have the quality to win competitions.
"Everyone has been together now for a couple of weeks and we've got the next two months to focus and we have quite an intense training programme to get us prepared."
Everton open the 2012 Women's Super League season with an away trip to current champions Arsenal in April.
