Joe Jackson's 90th-minute equaliser earned 10-man Barrow a point against in-form Grimsby.
Liam Hearn gave the visitors the lead with a fine effort from 20 yards, before the Bluebirds levelled when Adam Boyes turned in Jack Mackreath's cross.
Grimsby regained the lead when Michael Coulson's delivery found Scott Garner, who headed home from close range.
Kelvin Lomax saw red for the hosts late on but Jackson slotted home the equaliser to earn them a point.
Following this result, Barrow remain unbeaten in 10 league games.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Grimsby Town joint manager Paul Hurst told BBC Radio Humberside:
"The lads are a little bit down in there - it feels a bit like a defeat for them.
"I think before coming here, look at their home record and they've only been beaten twice
"It would have been criminal if we'd come away with nothing from the game."
