Notts County extended their winless streak to eight league games with a draw against Preston.
In a game of few chances, Kieron Freeman went close for the hosts, his low cross-shot cleared by David Gray.
Gray had Preston's first chance, running onto a poor clearance, only to see his deflected shot saved.
Substitute Lee Hughes was put through by Neal Bishop, but struck straight at Preston keeper Thorsten Stuckmann.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Notts County manager Martin Allen told BBC Radio Nottingham:
"It was frustrating. I didn't think we played as well as we have done.
"They gave everything they've got but they certainly didn't play as well as they did on Saturday.
"It's another point and keeping a clean sheet is another good thing for our club."
