Chelsea forward Salomon Kalou scored the only goal of the game as Ivory Coast edged past Libya 1-0 in Abu Dhabi.
Both sides are preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations finals in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
Kalou, who has been out of favour at Chelsea for much of the season, powered home a header from just inside the penalty area in the 60th minute.
It was one of the only scoring opportunities in the match.
Kalou also netted in Abu Dhabi on Friday when the Ivorians looked more convincing in a 2-0 win over Tunisia.
Confederation of African Football's Player of the Year Yaya Toure was back in action on Monday after he missed the Tunisia game through injury.
The Ivorians launch their Group B Nations Cup campaign against Sudan on Sunday before games against Sudan and Burkina Faso.
Libya play in the opening game against co-hosts Equatorial Guinea on Saturday and then face Zambia and Senegal in Group A.
