Huddersfield moved into the League One promotion places as they fought back from two goals down to beat Brentford.
Gary Alexander's penalty, after Peter Clarke's foul on Marcus Bean, put the Bees ahead before Alexander turned in Niall McGinn's low cross for 2-0.
Alan Lee bundled in a goal after Leon Legge misjudged a header from Daniel Ward's corner and Jamie McCombe levelled with a skilful looping header.
Jordan Rhodes won it when he dribbled past Marcel Eger and calmly finished.
That goal was the 14th Rhodes has scored in his last seven matches and his 29th of the season.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Brentford boss Uwe Rosler told BBC London 94.9:
"We played brilliantly but we do not have enough points, that is the truth.
"We all get judged on the performance, players, manager and I hope the referee will also be judged on his performance because that was not good enough today.
"I think the whole team played well, we looked very, very good but in the end football is a points oriented game and we do not have enough points on the table."
