Alfreton Town have recalled goalkeeper Dan Lowson from his loan spell with Ilkeston FC.
Reds boss Nicky Law has taken up the option of a 24-hour call-back facility to bring back Lowson, 23, because first choice Joe Day is injured.
Day, who is on loan from Peterborough, suffered a groin injury in Saturday's home defeat against Grimsby Town and is expected to be out for a month.
Lowson is set to play in Saturday's FA Trophy second-round tie at Weymouth.
Law said: "Our main aim is to stay in the Blue Square Bet Premier Division, but aside from the £6,000 in prize money, it is a great opportunity for both clubs to reach the last 16 and with the right draw in the next round. It could start to get very interesting."
Lowson played 13 league games for Alfreton at the start of the season before joining the Northern Premier Division One South side.
