Everton's John Heitinga praises partnership with Distin

Everton defender John Heitinga believes his partnership with Sylvain Distin will prove fruitful for the Blues in the absence of Phil Jagielka.
Jagielka will miss up to six weeks with the knee injury picked in the Everton's 2-1 defeat against Bolton last week.
"We've played with each other in the past together and I think the combination is good," Heitinga told BBC Radio Merseyside.
"Sylvain is a good defender and it's a pleasure to play with him."
The Netherlands international, who joined the Toffees just days after Frenchman Distin in 2009, added: "He's unbelievable. He's in his mid-30s and he's quick and strong.
"But unfortunately Jags is injured for a few weeks and hopefully he can recover soon. Hopefully everybody stays fit now because we have a couple of big injuries."
