Crawley Town 5-0 Redbridge
Matt Tubbs scored a hat-trick as Crawley eased into the FA Cup third round with victory over Isthmian League Division One North side Redbridge.
Tubbs opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Kyle McFadzean was fouled by Dan Trenkel.
He scored a second with a half-volley and then added another penalty after Vinnie Durrant fouled Tyrone Barnett, which resulted in a red card.
Andy Drury volleyed a fourth and McFadzean added a late 20-yard drive.
James Robinson had a good chance for the Motormen at 2-0 but his shot was saved by Scott Shearer.
Redbridge had been the lowest ranked team left in the FA Cup.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Crawley assistant manager Paul Raynor told BBC Sussex:
"We treated the game with the utmost professionalism, as we would anyone else. We said to the boys the main thing was to get into round three, and we've certainly done that.
"Five-nil is a comprehensive victory. It could have been more, but for an inspired performance from their goalkeeper and one or two decisions.
"Redbridge made it difficult but we were thoroughly professional. We're delighted to be in the hat."
