North go top of Priaulx League after win at St Martin's

North have gone top of Guernsey's Priaulx League after a 1-0 win over previous leaders St Martin's at Blanche Pierre Lane.

Nigel Hutton's second-half goal kept his side's unbeaten record intact while inflicting a first defeat of the season on the reigning champions.

North are two points clear of Saints at the top of the table.

Elsewhere bottom side Rangers are still looking for their first points after losing 4-2 to fifth-placed Vale Rec.
