Burton Albion boss Paul Peschisolido says he considering whether to offer a deal to trialist Andres Gurrieri.
The Argentine striker, 22, has been with Albion for nearly a month and has scored four goals in two reserve games.
Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby that he has been impressed but he already has plenty of attacking options and will not rush his decision.
"We have the ability to look at him for a bit longer and then we will make a final decision," Peschisolido added.
"He's a great lad and a breath of fresh air. He works extremely hard and has a great attitude and in the reserves games he's scored four goals in two games.
"We are having a close look at him and have an agreement with the agent to continue to look at him and we'll see what happens.
"We do have quite a few wide players at the club at the minute so when a player comes in the door and looks the part it's hard not to give him a contract.
"But will he get a game? I'm not sure, so we'll have to play it by ear."
Gurrieri has had trials with Bournemouth and Plymouth this season.
