Struggling Newport County battled to a hard-earned draw against Welsh rivals and Blue Square Bet Premier leaders Wrexham at the Racecourse.
Craig McAllister had Newport's best chance in the first minute but fired straight at keeper Joslain Mayebi.
The Red Dragons' main opportunity fell to Jake Speight but he fired wide when he was put through one-on-one.
Wrexham remain top and Newport stay in the relegation zone even if they left delighted with a rare clean sheet.

Wrexham caretaker manager Andy Morrell told BBC Radio Wales:
"I'm quite pleased really because I think the Luton game took a lot out of us and I decided to keep it the same because they all deserved to stay in the team
"Newport were really resilient, [they] came here to frustrate and defend and slow the game down which they did.
"A game like that we could easily have lost a couple of years back "
Newport County manager Justin Edinburgh told BBC Radio Wales:
"I was really pleased with the performance of the whole group and the belief we can hopefully take from this.
"I feel that the performances are improving every week. I think we've got still a lot of hard work to be done.
"If we continue to put in performances like this there's no doubt the results will come along with them."
