South Africa international Tsepo Masilela has joined Spanish La Liga side Getafe on a one-year loan.
Getafe have agreed a deal with the left back's Israeli club Maccabi Haifa, with an option to make the deal permanent.
Last month, Masilela, 26, had seemed set for a move to England until Leicester City had a change of heart.
The defender contested all three games for the hosts at last year's World Cup in South Africa.
The pacy full back started his career with Benoni Premier United (now Thanda Royal Zulu) before moving to Israel in 2007, where he gained Uefa Champions League experience.
On its website, Getafe announced that the player will be presented to the media in the coming days.
Masilela agreed terms with the Spanish side earlier in the week, before the deal was concluded on Wednesday.
