Oxford United have taken Werder Bremen and Northern Ireland striker Liam Boyce on a seven-day trial.
The 20-year-old joined Bremen on a two-year contract in September and plays for their Under-23 side, who are in the third tier in Germany.
But the German club have said they will sell him if anyone matches their valuation for him.
He is also scheduled to join Italian top flight side Bologna on trial in the first week in August.
Boyce was at Cliftonville before his switch to Germany and was named Northern Ireland football writers' player of the year as a teenager.
