Oxford United ended their pre-season tour of the USA with a comfortable 3-1 win over host club Seacoast United.
Jon-Paul Pittman converted a pass from Asa Hall to put the U's in front, but Joey Barima levelled by the interval.
Two second-half goals from Deane Smalley made the game safe - and took his tally for the tour to three.
Smalley told BBC Oxford: "That's what the manager wants from me - to score goals. Pre-season is about fitness, but it's a good habit to get into."
As the players prepared to leave New Hampshire after a nine-day training camp, with three matches yielding a draw and two wins, boss Chris Wilder declared the trip a major success.
"It's been an amazing experience. I have been in football since I was 16, but the way we have been treated by Seacoast and the people out here in general has been first class," he said.
"The players have bonded superbly well and done everything we have asked of them. They have worked extremely hard on the training pitch and in the matches they have given their all in sometimes difficult conditions and against testing opponents.
"There are things we need to work on - we know that - especially at the top of the pitch, as the scorelines don't reflect how just how well we have played.
"But this has given us a good platform to kick on into the rest of pre-season and the campaign itself."
