Blyth Spartans striker Robbie Dale has signed a new one-year deal after completing his sixth full season with the Blue Square Bet North club.
The 26-year-old has scored 96 goals in 291 games since switching to Croft Park from Northern League side West Allotment Celtic in March 2005.
"I'm pleased to get things sorted," Dale told the club website.
I'm obviously really happy at Blyth, so I had no hesitation in signing up for another season."
Spartans appointed former Whitley Bay coaches Steve Cuggy and Gavin Fell as manager and assistant respectively last month, and the duo have signed several new players including Wayne Phillips and David Coulson.
"The two new lads in charge have impressed me so far and have some interesting ideas, so I can't wait for the season to get going."
Meanwhile the club have also signed 20-year-old Whitley Bay goalkeeper Tom Kindley.
