Queens Park Rangers striker Heidar Helguson has signed a new one-year contract at Loftus Road.
The 33-year-old Iceland international scored 13 goals last season as Rangers won promotion to the Premier League.
"My future lies here," he told the club website. "You want to get things sorted out as early as possible and I've been able to do that.
"I was happy with my goals last year and to be able to play a part in winning the league was fantastic."
