Bournemouth 1-2 Rochdale

Reece Gray scored a late winner as Rochdale came from a goal down to win away at Bournemouth on the final day.

Jason Pearce headed in a Rhoys Wiggins corner to put the home side ahead, but Matt Done fired in from 20 yards to pull Dale level just before half-time.

Dale goalkeeper Owain Fon Williams did well to keep out efforts from Anton Robinson and Adam Smith.

Substitute Gray then headed in a Nicky Adams cross to win it for Dale against Bournemouth, who are in the play-offs.

The Cherries will face Huddersfield in the semi-finals, while Rochdale finished three points behind their sixth-placed opponents in the table.

Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury told BBC Radio Solent:

"I think we played some really good football and were probably the better side but the scoreline obviously says something different.

"The bigger picture's fantastic, we're looking forward to next week and our destiny now lies against Huddersfield.

"We can go into it knowing we're unbeaten against them and we can take a lot of confidence out of that."

Rochdale manager Keith Hill told BBC Radio Manchester:

"It's not magic, it's hard work and we try to work as hard as we possible can to try and get the type of success we've experienced this season.

"He's (Reece Gray) a prospect, he's got potential and he's a player we want to develop.

"We wont be a surprise element any more so we've got to make progress regarding our recruitment."
