MK Dons manager Karl Robinson has signed a three-year contract extension to keep him at the club until 2014.
The 30-year-old became the youngest Football League boss last May when he stepped up from the assistant role after Paul Ince's departure.
The Dons are fifth in League One and hopeful of a play-off finish.
He told the club website: "MK Dons is a special football club and I cannot wait to continue creating history with the players and staff here."
Dons chairman Pete Winkelman said Robinson's success in the role had come as no surprise.
"There were a few eyebrows raised when I appointed Karl last summer," he said.
"He has done a fantastic job and is now emerging as one of the most talked about young managers in football."
