Distillery's Alan Cawley fights out an aerial duel with Tim Mouncey

Richard Lecky's 80th-minute goal proved enough to earn Portadown victory over Lisburn Distillery in Tuesday's low-key Premiership clash at Shamrock Park.

Whites keeper Billy Brennan denied Matthew Tipton in the first half while David Miskelly saved a Jordan Hughes effort at the other end.

Lecky fired over on 74 minutes but he made amends as he headed a Shane McCabe cross to the net with 10 minutes left.

With little to play for, both teams struggled to raise a gallop.

It was a far cry from the emotion of the recent meeting between the teams in the Co-operative Insurance Cup decider won by the Whites.
