Burton Albion manager Paul Peschisolido has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association following their League Two match at Bury on 12 April.

Peschisolido has been charged for using abusive and/or insulting words towards an official at the end of the 1-0 loss.

The Brewers boss was furious with Sam Winnall's sending off.

But he told BBC Radio Derby he will not appeal: "I was upset, it was a harsh red card and I made my feelings known, which I shouldn't have done."

Peschisolido has until 1600 BST on Tuesday, 19 April to respond.

He added: "I'm not going to appeal. I'm disappointed but what can you do? We'll just have to wait to see the outcome."
