Burton Albion 3-3 Torquay
Relegation-threatened Burton fought back from two goals down only to surrender the lead and finish with a draw against promotion-chasing Torquay.
Chris Zebroski slotted home and Gavin Tomlin rounded off a slick passing move to put the visitors 2-0 up.
John McGrath fired in from 25 yards and Greg Pearson poked home at the back post to level the scores for the hosts.
Calvin Zola's header gave the Brewers the lead, but Billy Kee's superb strike from 20 yards made it 3-3.
Burton are four points clear of 23rd-placed Barnet with just six points to play for.
Torquay fell to eighth in the League Two table after Gillingham's win at Rotherham, one point off the play-off places.
Burton manager Paul Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby:
"It looked like we'd got it all wrapped up with a great finish from big Calvin (Zola) and then they've come back with a great goal themselves.
"But it's another point towards safety and we've moved no further down and there's plenty of positives to take from that.
"We're now unbeaten in four and we've performed well against a side who have been very difficult to beat all season, so it's a good point."
Torquay United manager Paul Buckle told BBC Radio Devon:
"We've put on a very good performance today and it shows how far we've come because we're bitterly disappointed with a point.
"We're disappointed, we were in a good, strong position, but at the end of the day we've shown immense character to come back and get a point.
"We'd like to thank all of our fans today who turned up, they're excellent and it's now going to be a really pulsating end to the season."
