Dobson replaces Martin Kuhl who quit on Thursday

Wycombe Wanderers have appointed head of youth Richard Dobson as assistant manager until the end of the season.

Dobson, 34, joined the Chairboys in 2007 to head up the club's centre of excellence.

Gary Waddock's previous assistant manager Martin Kuhl quit the role on Thursday after being the subject of an internal investigation.

Kuhl had been suspended by the club a week earlier, but the club have yet to reveal why.

Dobson was alongside Waddock for Saturday's 2-2 draw at Oxford.
