Paralympic archery champion Danielle Brown says she is her "biggest competitor" as she heads to the London Games to defend her individual compound title.
Brown, who became the first Paralympian to compete in an able-bodied event, won gold with the archery team in the compound event at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in 2010.
The 23-year old says the Delhi games were a "fantastic" experience.
