Glamorgan captain Michael Hogan is fit after injury for their County Championship Division Two match with Derbyshire at Swansea, which starts on Wednesday, 20 June.
England under-19 spinner Prem Sisodiya could make his first-team debut after a first senior call-up.
Sisodiya has impressed in the second XI after playing in the junior World Cup.
Batsman Kiran Carlson is also available after missing the loss to Warwickshire because of a university exam.
Hogan missed six One-Day Cup games and one Championship game with a hamstring injury, but replaces Timm van der Gugten who is away on Netherlands duty.
He says they are likely to choose between Sisodiya and Jeremy Lawlor, a batsman and medium-pace bowler.
"Prem's a left-arm spinner in the England under-19 set-up, he's done really well for the seconds and we like what he offers with both bat and ball," Hogan told BBC Sport Wales.
"There's a potentially an opportunity for him, or for Jeremy to make his first appearance for a couple of years."
Derbyshire, who are in sixth place, three above Glamorgan, include teenage spinner Hamidullah Qadri in their squad after he took six wickets on debut in Cardiff in 2017.
