Durham closed in on a County Championship win against Somerset following a thrilling second day at Taunton in which 18 wickets fell.
After 17 wickets tumbled on Thursday, the visitors were bowled out for 189 in their first innings - a lead of five.
Somerset then collapsed to 0-3 and 33-6 before Ryan Davies (49) and Roelof van der Merwe (47) helped them post 180.
Durham closed on 130-5, with opener Mark Stoneman out late for 57, and need 46 more runs for victory.
Stoneman, who is joining Surrey next season, may have played the pivotal innings with the bat in an extraordinary match in which no other batsman has passed 50.
But his dismissal, lbw to van der Merwe in the final few overs, means Somerset will still feel they have a chance of winning themselves.
On another day dominated by the bowlers, Somerset's second innings got off to the worst possible start as Marcus Trescothick and Tom Abell were both out first ball before Chris Rogers followed without scoring.
But Davies and van der Merwe, along with Craig Overton (38) and a last-wicket stand of 52 made sure Somerset set a target of 176.
