VIEWS FROM THE COMMENTARY BOX
BBC WM's Mike Taylor:
"Perhaps not the most intense day of cricket this season but still enjoyable. Bright and breezy stuff to match the weather.
"The bowlers on both sides ran in and the batsmen went for their shots, frequently hastening their downfall on a pitch that wasn't obviously to blame.
"The half-century stand to finish the day between Rikki Clarke and Ian Blackwell - not without risk - puts Warwickshire marginally in front, and a 50-75 run lead tomorrow is well within their compass."
