Yorkshire all-rounder Richard Pyrah will be out of action for up to two months after suffering a hand injury.
Pyrah, 29, sustained the injury while fielding during the second day of Yorkshire's County Championship clash against Kent at Headingley.
An X-ray showed he had broken a bone in his left hand and he is expected to be sidelined for up to eight weeks.
"Broke my hand in the field today. I'm totally gutted, but I will be back strong," Pyrah said on Twitter.
Kent declared on a mammoth 537-9, with Yorkshire 32-0 in reply at the end of day two.
