England's Claire Taylor hits a four en route to her half century

England maintained their 100% record in the quadrangular Twenty20 series with a 46-run win over India at Taunton.

Having already qualified for Monday's final against Australia and with India already out of the competition, there was little riding on the fixture.

But an exceptional innings by Claire Taylor saw her chalk up 66 as England battled to 134 all out from 19.5 overs.

India's lower-middle order rallied but were unable to keep up with the required run-rate, finishing on 88-8.

Danielle Wyatt, who posted a score of 23 earlier in the match, claimed 2-20 from four overs, while Laura Marsh secured two run-outs with accurate throws from the deep.

England will now take on Australia, who they beat by 22 runs at Bristol on Saturday, in Monday's final after Jodie Fields' team defeated New Zealand by six wickets.

Leah Poulton (61) and Jess Cameron (47) added 82 for the second wicket as the Southern Stars chased down the Kiwis' total of 146-6 with 13 balls to spare.
