Gareth Andrew blasted another quickfire half century to earn Worcestershire a thrilling FL t20 derby victory over Warwickshire at Edgbaston.

Chasing the Bears' 184-6, spearheaded by 54 from Will Porterfield, the visitors looked in trouble on 96-6.

But Andrew came in to hit his Twenty20 best for the second time in a week.

Andrew smashed four fours and four sixes in hitting 65 off just 32 balls as Worcestershire reached 187-9 to win by one wicket with five balls to spare.

Worcestershire's victory lifts them above Warwickshire into second place in the North group, three points behind leaders Nottinghamshire.
