Lightweight Chantelle Cameron lost 20-9 to Russia's Sophia Ochigava.

Middleweight Savannah Marshall beat Sinead Kavanagh of Ireland, while Lisa Whiteside and Nina Smith also won.

Marshall overwhelmed Kavanagh 24-3 in a bout which saw her opponent take a standing count in the third round.

Whiteside saw off Italy's Marzia Verrecchia 12-7 in the 57kg, while fellow featherweight Smith overcame Helina Bruyevich of Belarus 21-9 in the 54kg.

All six boxers representing England vest in Rotterdam, and all but Whiteside are also members of GB Boxing's Olympic squad.external-link
