Leicester Riders forward Jamell Anderson says head coach Rob Paternostro's contribution to the club's ongoing success is "incredible".
Riders, the reigning league champions, play-off winners and BBL Cup holders, reached a second successive BBL Cup final by beating Plymouth last weekend.
Anderson told BBC Radio Leicester: "He is an incredible coach and person.
"He brings the most out of everyone in the team. He is so passionate about the game and it shows in our results."
Riders are fifth in the BBL table, but would be level on points with joint leaders Sheffield, Newcastle and Worcester if they win their games in hand.
Anderson added: "The game [against Plymouth] was incredible. We played hard defence and we put the ball in the hoop. We played as we can and came together as as team."
Riders will play either Newcastle or Sheffield in the final.
