Squash World Championship: Nick Matthew beats Amr Shabana
World squash champion Nick Matthew gets one step closer to defending his title by beating four-time winner Amr Shabana in the Squash World Championships quarter-final.
Matthew is aiming to become the oldest ever world-champion at 34-years-old and saw off the Egyptian 11-3 12-10 11-7.
The three-time champion will face 23-year-old world number one Mohamed El Shorbagy in the semi-final.
