We need to be top table - Chris Henry

Chris Henry says Ulster cannot afford to lower expectations after a difficult campaign last season.

The flanker, who marked the start of his testimonial year by leading the team out for their pre-season friendly defeat by Gloucester, believes that expectations among fans may be lower but the players must still set high goals for themselves.

"If we believe it's a re-grouping phase then we're not really going to do much," said Henry.
