Ulster need more consistency - Piutau

Ulster back Charles Piutau says Ulster need to be more consistent and ruthless in executing their opportunities as they aim to end their Champions Cup Pool 5 campaign on a high against Bordeaux-Begles at Kingspan Stadium on Saturday.

The Irish province have lost eight of their last 12 matches in all competitions and are unable to qualify for the quarter-final knockout stages of Europe's premier club competition.

Piutau concedes that these are "tough times for Ulster" but the squad are "figuring out ways we can perform better on the field".
