Ulster's Paddy Jackson developing into 'complete 10' - Payne

Jared Payne says his Ulster and Ireland team-mate Paddy Jackson is "becoming a complete number 10" following a series of impressive performances for club and country over recent months.

"Paddy is going from strength to strength, the way he controls a game, the fitness levels he has reached, he can steer the game for a full 80 minutes...he is awesome to play outside," said the utility back.

Payne also praises the impact made by New Zealander Charles Piutau and says that he expects a stern test from a strong Ospreys side in Saturday's Pro12 game at Kingspan Stadium.
