2015 Six Nations: Ireland 18 - 11 France

Ireland secured an 18-11 victory over France at the Aviva Stadium, keeping their title, and grand slam, hopes alive.

Ireland went into the break leading 12-6 courtesy of four Jonny Sexton penalties and the match's only try came in the 70th minute when French substitute Romain Taofifenua crossed the Irish line. However it came too late and Ireland claimed a psychological victory as these two sides will next meet in the 2015 World Cup.

Ireland now have a week off and will next face England in Dublin on 1 March.
