Wales and Lions prop forward Adam Jones spent some time with the Scrum V cameras during a summer of uncertainty in 2014.

Out of contract with the Ospreys and with the regions unwilling to sign players until a funding deal was concluded with the Welsh Rugby Union, Jones found himself training alone on the sand dunes at Merthyr Mawr in south Wales.

Ross Harries reports as Jones explains his feelings and the process that eventually saw him signing for the Cardiff Blues after 11 seasons with the Ospreys.
