Quick comeback is 'surreal' for Bowe

Tommy Bowe says he has been on an emotional rollercoaster battling back from a broken hand to be selected for the Lions' second test against Australia on Saturday.

The Ulster and Ireland wing defied the odds to recover ahead of schedule from a knee injury to make the British and Irish Lions squad for the series Down Under.

A broken hand sustained against the Queensland Reds on 8 June looked to have ended his tour prematurely, but he has made a speedy recovery and will start the second test in Melbourne.
