Six Nations 2013: England's Chris Ashton 'hurt' by criticism

England's Chris Ashton admits the criticism of his England form following the win over France in the Six Nations has hurt him.

Ashton's defensive capabilities came under scrutiny after the winger missed a tackle, allowing Wesley Fofana to score a try for the French.

England head coach Stuart Lancaster insists Ashton is doing enough to retain his place in the side ahead of this weekend's match against Italy.
