Strong England 'key' for Rugby World Cup 2015

Paul Vaughan, chief executive of the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England, tells BBC Sport's Dan Roan it is "key" for the host nation to be competitive in the tournament.

Vaughan also hopes that some of the major football stadia, such as Old Trafford, Anfield and Wembley, will stage matches during the event.
