France's Riner wins judo gold

France's Teddy Riner wins the men's +100kg judo at the ExCel arena after defeating his Russian opponent Alexander Mikhaylin.

The five-time world champion, who won bronze in Beijing in 2008, won by waza-ari after both men picked up penalties.

Bronze medals went to Andreas Toelzer of Germany and Brazil's Rafael Silva, second and third seeds respectively.
